Balanced nutrition: Following a healthy diet, rest and exercise support growth. However, neither weight lifting or any other exercise will not make you grow taller than your genetic potential. If you want to know how much longer you have to grow, an x-ray of the wrist and hand can be analysed for bone maturity.Open growth centers mean more growth, once they close, you are done.

No: Exercise will make help your heart, increase your fitness and keep your weight down but it will not make you grow taller. If you are in puberty now you are producing lots of testosterone and GH and they will help you grow, at least for a year or 2.
