Lipoma or cyst: In that area of the back its no uncommon to have small benign lumps of subcutaneous tissue. It most likely not related to you sciatica. See your health care provider Or an osteopathic physician for an evaluation if this persists.. Could be simple. Mechanical/ structural spine issue.
