RBC numbers/low Hgb: RBC numbers are not very useful. Instead we would like to know the hemoglobin(Hgb). If the Hgb is over 10 grams and rising, then I would not worry as it can take 3-4 months for Hgb to recover to a level above 11Gm. Ask you doctor why your BP is low? If you are taking any BP medicines, stop them as BP does go down some after having had chemotherapy
