Strong possibility: The effects of radiation and chemo combined can have numerous side effects. This depends on the nature of the primary and where the radiation was delivered to. The radiation effect on bone could cause diminished marrow production of RBC's. Chemo can lower the HGB levels unless Procrit (epoetin alfa) delivered and RT if given to brain can cause intrmittent dizziness until side effects wear off. What is BP
