I am sorry.: Metronidazole is difficult drug to take,It can cause various type of GI side effects and some times Metallic taste in the mouth also. So if there is no alternative AB you can take for the condition, you may ask your doctor to prescribe you the Anti nausea medicine. Yes you can take medicine with Yogurt, Apple sauce and with food to avoid the symptoms.
