Not to worry: These are probably small "inclusion cysts" in the lower lids! See your opthamologist for proper Diagnosis and Treatment! Do NOT worry these are COSMETIC and not an indication of serious disease and MOST IMPORTANT are TREATABLE! Hope this helps! Dr Z
