Should i be worried about a small white bump about the size of a grain of sand on the colored part of my eye, i was watching a movie and then i felt something in my eye and i looked in the mirror and saw it and its very uncomfortable?

If that foreign body is stuck on the cornea (behind the cornea is the colored iris) it needs to be removed right away. You should try to flush it out with forced water spray directly to the eye. As long as it is there, your eye will be very irritated. If you can't not dislodge it, see an eye doctor right away. Good luck!
