A member asked:

Is it possible to have positive ana and rnp of 6.8 and not have autoimmune disease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes they can: Yes it is - ANA can be false positive and so can RNP. However, the level of RNP is high so the question is - why did you have these tests done? Are there symptoms such as skin rash, joint pains, etc.
