Probably lymph nodes: These probabely are enlarged Lymph Nodes.There are many cauuses of renlarged lymph nodes,Some are not serious and go away by itself.But it can be due to other causes which may be serious and need Treatment.Other causes can be due to infections like Tuberculosis,mononucleosis,.And sometimes are due to Cancers like Lynphoma,Hodgkin's disease or Leukemia My advice is you get it checked by your Doctor
