Movable neck lump.: Always have usual bumps and lumps checked out. Most likely though this is a lymph gland reacting to your chronic mouth infections. The gland is part of your immune system and swells when fighting infections. Again get it checked out.

Not likely: Swollen lymph nodes around the jaw may be due to an infection in the teeth or mouth. Since enlarged lymph nodes are often near the source of infection, their location can help determine the cause. Treat the condition that may have caused the lymph node enlargement. Take care.
