Gatero enteritis: Nausea and diarrhea could be a sign of gastroenteritis. Females in reproductive age group should make sure they are not pregnant also. It could also be sign of gastritis or peptic ulcer disease. Try otc antacids and or prilosec. If symptoms persist consult your doctor.
