Constipation: if she is constipated, make sure she isn't drinking a lot of milk. Limit it to 1-2 cups of milk per day. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Try to add more juice to help with her bowel movement

Not usually: As long as there is no blood in the stools, vomiting or loss of appetite I would increase fibre in diet, reduce milk intake if it is a big part of her meal Suppositories can be used.
