Drinks: As you get older you get set in a routine - you tend to always wake up at around the same time - so if you sleep at 4am you are cutting down sleep hours. Also alcohol messes up you sleep cycle and not only do you awaken early the sleep you have is poor quality. Try not staying out till 4am.
