Not serious but: depends on how long ago on antibiotic..may not be related..thrush is a whitish coating on the cheeks or tongue...it wont come off if you scrape it gently with the edge of a spoon....it isn't serious but if this seems to be the case you can wait until tomorrow to call your MD.
