Antibiotics for one week for stye & today is last day for the antibioticsbut the stye is still there? when should it go away since i'm on antibiotics?

Try heat: Antibiotics can help a stye from spreading but are not too effective in getting rid of them. The best thing by far is to applying very warm, not hot, washcloths fpr 4-5 minutes at a time and about 5 times per day which usually over a 3-5 days interval will get rid of the stye.
