Chalazion: This is most likely the end result of a stye, where the body encircles the stye with a cystic wall which stops the inflammation. If the bump you feel does not hurt, is not red and is not changing over time, that is almost certainly what it is (we call it a chalazion). If there are changes, pain, redness, etc. see your ophthalmologist.

Bump on eyelid: You did not say how long the "bump" has been there. If it's not responding to antibiotic, then it is probably a chalazion, a swollen gland in the lid. Use warm compresses on it. If you get no improvement after 5-7 days, see your ophthalmologist.
