May be: Not drinking enough water can damage kidneys and make stone formation more likely. You should drink enough water, daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Kidney: Its important t drink adequate water , drinking less water can cause dehydration which can cause kidney damage ( acute renal failure ) .Drinking more water is a simple way to reduce your stone risk, . High sodium meals will decrease urine output that day and even that night, thus causing bloating, worsened hypertension, and higher risk for stones formation.
