Minocycline: Less likely .This medication is known to cause tooth discoloration.

Minocin (minocycline) : Minocin (minocycline) can cause significant liver problems that can discolor your urine. I recommend calling your doctor on call or your local er for recommendations about this sudden darkening of your urine.
