How to know if you have exercise induced protein in urine. had test done no protein. but when im at work walking all day moving from here to there and i dont drink water but 2 bottles i see nothing but bubbles in my urine. so what can be the cause?

Bubbles not protein: Bubbles are not a reliable sign of protein in urine. If you had urine tested for protein, go with that. You should try to drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
