Nodes in groin: Lymph nodes are the body's trash collectors. Any infectious process can cause enlarged lymph nodes. Sometimes tumors can cause this too. Generally non-specific means that the radiologist interpreting the MRI could not tell the cause of the node enlargement. Most commonly the enlargement is due to infection.
