See a specialist: You don't mention having it properly examined. In addition to a full examination, proper diagnostic testing including X-rays and perhaps an MRI will be useful. The condition (if occurred on Nov 13) is more than 6 weeks. The fact that you remain on crutches is of concern. See an orthopedist or podiatrist to have a proper assessment made.
