Might be ok: It does not sound worrisome. Tingling is not always a sign of an illness, and since the symptoms come and go, there may not be much of an explanation in the end. A total loss of sensation or weakness, especially on one side, is more concerning. There's nothing wrong with checking with your doctor, but a week of symptoms like this is not an emergency.
