Not from Z-pack: This definitely isn't a side effect of azithromycin (Z-Pack). If you have poked something into your ear -- for example, trying the remove the wax -- you probably just scraped the ear canal a little. But see a doctor right away if the bleeding is spontaneous, i.e. you have put nothing in your ear, of if bleeding continues. Either way, take all the azithromycin as prescribed.
