Bump on jaw: You may be feeling the bony outline of your lower jaw bone, the mandible which has can have small bony protuberances. Alternatively you might be feeling the bottom part of your salivary glands which are located directly underneath the mandible bone. You could also be feeling the insertion of the TMJ muscles on the jaw. I would see your health care provider to have these bumps identified.
