If there: was a mass next to the cecum causing extrinsic mass effect on the colonoscopy, the CT should be able to show it easily. If there was no mass identified on the CT, there is probably nothing to worry about, but make sure the radiologist knows about the colonoscopy findings so special attention can be paid to that area. It sounds like the mass effect may be due to feces in an adjacent bowel loop?
