Sinus meds: I recommend a antihistamine & decongestant combination like Calritin-D (or similar). This is not a prescription but you do have to get it from the pharmacy. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids.

Try otc: Guaifenesin or Mucinex (guaifenesin) and vaporizer. If you develop severe headache or high fever, it could be influenza. If symptoms persist more than one week, it is time to see a doctor.
