Up to you: If your doctor has already prescribed the medication, one could safely assume s/he intended it to be taken as a preventative, which would be once daily for 10 days. As always, clarification with the prescribing physician to clarify the intent would be ideal. Staying healthy during pregnancy is extremely important. Best wishes.
