There : There are many possible causes of back and leg pain including herniated disk pinching leg nerve, tightness in the spine (spinal stenosis) and broken back bone. I would recommend consultation with your primary care doctor or a spine pain doctor or surgeon for further assessment and investigation. Good luck!
