Hello im 7 weeks pregnant. feels weird on right side. no pain no bleeding. do you think it can be a cyst or ectopic pregnancy ?

Probably Normal: In the absence of pain and bleeding, I would not be concerned about ectopic pregnancy. Yes, it can be a cyst. Most likely, your ligament is stretching because of the growing uterine size. Maybe an ultrasound will make you feel better Good Luck.
