No: A corpus luteum cyst is the cyst that remains after an egg is released during ovulation. If you become pregnant, that cyst helps maintain the early pregnancy. While you can have bleeding with an ectopic pregnancy, ovulation would have to occur in order to become pregnant in the first place.
