Too early: Yes, it's too early to resume intercourse after 1 week postoperative treatment for an ectopic pregnancy. Your body needs time to heal, at least 4 weeks. You also should use protection unless a pregnancy is wanted. If so, you can try to conceive after one normal cycle.
