See physician: She should be evaluated by physical exam and possible chest radiograph. May need to change or extend antibiotic therapy.

M.D. visit: Your mom needs to be seen. She may have a secondary infection or the course of antibiotics used did not fully treat the pneumonia. I would suggest a chest radiograph and a visit with your physician.
