I am 21 years old male and 5'4 tall. how can i grow taller maybe upto 6'0?

Genetics are Final: I see that you are 21 years old and you are definitely finished growing by now. Your height is mostly genetically determined by the heights of your parents. We do live in a very "heightist" society, and many might spend time wishing they were taller. But this would not be time well spent!

If your family has a history of delayed growth, these may be open and growth possible.An x-ray of your wrist and hand can detect your bone maturity.If the index is consistent with >18, you are done, if 14 you could grow more but this is not realistic.
