Need more infoi: Do you really have a bacterial sinus infection or is it an allergy or is it viral? We do prescribe antibiotics for H Pylori but not for all sinus conditions. Please see your family physician and have him/her make a diagnosis and proceed from there. Do not self treat. Get professional treatment.
