Hmmm: Listen friend, I'm just an oncologist and not an expert in this field but when I hear someone say they are "thin but wanna get thinner", I get a bit worried. I humbly suggest you visit your doc to determine if you truly need to lose fat through exercise and thoughtful modification of food intake. It is good to eat well and exercise but in the right context and with proper supervision. Best to you.

If you are thin: or BMI lower than 19 losing further weight is contraindicating. Losing water weight only is not a good idea. If your BMI is above 25, you can restate your question for healthy advice
