Bloating: Consider eating smaller portions. Overeating can cause bloating. Limit fats in your diet. Be sure to eat slowly ("chew for every tooth you have!") - it takes about 20 minutes for your stomach to catch up to your satiety level. Be careful about gas-inducing foods (such as beans, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, prunes, apricots, sweeteners, dairy, whole grains). Keep drinking water. Best wishes!

Avoid...: Gassy foods such as beans, cauliflower, broccoli, etc. Also, carbonated drinks can make it worse. Spicy foods can irritate the stomach and make you feel worse. Watch salt, it can cause swelling, which can increase bloating. Aim for more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Good luck!

Eat probiotics: Add yogurt and Kafir and probitics to replenish the Gut bacteria. Try to find out what causes the problem either certain type of vegetables, or Bread/Pasta/Pizza or milk product. if you can associate with some thing, may eliminate that group of food for 2 week to see if symptoms resolve. If not reintroduce that gr. of food and move onto another. Make sure you are not constipated. Your weight OK.
