Water is good: Water is a good source of hydration. You should try to drink 6-8 cups of water a day. In the US I am confident that most of the population has a good water supply through their public water system. I am not sure that I would say bottled water is "better". Drinking water can help your skin stay healthy and keeps your body hydrated, keeps blood vessel volume intact and can make you feel good

Hydration: is very important. The body needs to stay moist and lubricated to work properly. Without adequate fluid, lots of systems start to break down - especially if dehydration worsens. Bottled water is usually fine. Plain water is good - doesn't need flavors or carbonation. Take care.
