Gas: Usually the trigger to burp is secondary to pressure from gas in your stomach. This may be due to poor digestion or a food intolerance (like lactose) or an increased amount of air swallowed - people who "sip" hot coffee or tea tend to swallow more air. If there have been changes in your diet try elongating those to see if your digestion returns to normal or try a probiotic if still having gas.
