Burping: Burping is a gaseous problem from either gas build-up due to some digestive issue or from you making yourself burp which actually causes you to swallow air and becomes a vicious cycle. Try eliminating gassy foods and beverages, and take simethicone 1/2 hour after a meal to prevent gas build-up. Consult your physician or a gastroenterologist if symptoms persist. Appropriate testing will be done.
