Not necessarily: This could be a polyp or a fibroid both of which are entirely benign. Depending on your symptoms and health history, you may end up just observing it, having an endometrial biopsy, or undergoing hysteroscopy in which case your doctor will look into your uterus with a scope and may do a biopsy or remove the mass.
