Is it common to get a one sided sore throat and post nasal drip with tmj flare up?

Could also be sinus: Difficult to say what is going on without a history and exam. It could be a sinus issue (infection, etc.) I would see a Dr. first. TMJ/TMD can lower resistance to other ailments when flaring up.
