Possible: Facial pain is a complex problem. Other TMJ symptoms include limited opening, jaw clicking, chewing pain. For best results see an orofacial-TMJ expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists.
