Of course: Isopropyl alcohol is dangerous to swallow (esp. large amounts) but in the mouth is just a mild irritant. Our bodies have an amazing capacity to heal themselves and the mucous membranes of the mouth heal the quickest. If you have ever burned your mouth on pizza or other hot food, no matter how bad the burn it is usually all better the next day. Any damage should fully heal very quickly.
