Stay strong, hold on!: You're still experiencing a form of withdrawal. After smoking 10 years it takes 3-4 weeks for withdrawal symptoms to go away, but things should improve each day. PLEASE don't restart; not smoking is the best thing you can do for your health. You've done the hardest part so reap the benefits!Take a good multivit. (see http://www.multivitaminguide.org/) & exercise. Also see http://tinyurl.com/57gw2a

Takes a while: After you remove a toxin like tobacco from the body it takes a while for the body to return to a normal healthy state. The body adjusts to daily doses of the toxins and it is not uncommon for people to have some withdrawal symptoms and feel worse initially. Quitting smoking is one of the most important things you can do for your long term healthy. Congratulations, you will feel better soon.
