Probably normal: When you stop using tobacco, you body can react in many different ways. Common nicotine withdrawal symptoms include being irritable, feeling tired, irregular sleeping and cravings. Other systems can be affected -- sinuses, stomach, bowels - mostly because they are going back to "normal'. Hang in there, you did a great thing. Remember to get sleep, drink water and eat healthy (limit fats ; sugars).
