After i smoke a cigarette i have a bad but short lasting stomach ache, after every cigarette i smoke. besides smoking what could be wrong?

Nicotine: Nicotine in cigarette smoke can cause nausea and stomach pain. Also, cigarette smoke contain large qualities of toxins that not only go into your lungs but also can be swallowed. These toxins can make you feel sick. Don't smoke. There is no good reason to smoke.
