This is: why Viagra (sildenafil) is also developed as a lung drug. With activity especiAlly sexual activity the lung vessels dilate..open up as does the bro hi...you breathe deep. The surroundings structure gets stretched.

Chest Pain: that deep breath as you were reaching climax caused a stretching of the muscles of the chest beyond usual. The resulting tenderness would be expected just like the overstretching of any muscles. Time and Ibuprofen will help. If worsens or persists see your doctor.

Intercostal Strain: The fact that your a breathing fine indicates that you did not suffer any trauma to your lungs. You chest soreness could be due to intercostal muscle strain (muscles between ribs), or chest muscle (pectoralis) strain due to intercourse. Seek medical attention if you develop shortness of breath.
