No Your are not: a senior at the age of 54 ! , you have to wait a decade or more to deserve that tittle It is not a uncommon problem at your age due to stress to spine , arthritis etc . first you have to find out what is the cause , make sure not to miss a serious problem , you have to see your doctor for examination and radiological tests tests
