Multiple: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus is an autoimmune connective tissue disease where the body attacks its own healthy tissue. Lupus difficult to diagnose and can present with rash, joint pain, light sensitivity, muscle, renal failure, neurologic and hematologic abnormalities.

Many: Systemic lupus (SLE) can have many symptoms or signs, such as fatigue, joint pain, weight loss or fever. Malar rash (butterfly rash) is classic but often absent. Graduately, the lupus will affect internal orgrans as well, such as kidney, lung, heart, blood, eye, or even brain, etc. Other autoimmune diseases such as Raynaud may be present. Some patients can have enlarged lymph nodes and spleen.
