Fatigue, pain: This is a difficult question to answer since lupus has been associated with virtually every organ system, and can cause a multitude of symptoms. Of all the symptoms that are seen in lupus, fatigue and joint pain are the most common (but also are seen in many, many other conditions). The one symptom i find unique to lupus is photosensitivity: in form of rash or increasing fatigue.
